Pran Chatterjee is a seasoned Technical Program Manager with over 12 years of experience in various industries such as Security Service and Investigation Group, Healthcare, consumer goods/retail commerce and e-Commerce, Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI), Human Resources, Pharmacy, Telecommunications, Logistics, and Supply chain, Automobile, Metallurgy, and Oil and Gas. Before that, he worked as a Project Manager at Infosys, where he coordinated the development and installation of changes to the customer (Media & Entertainment company) service interactive voice response (IVR) system to improve self-service throughout driving up customer satisfaction and lowering call center costs. Pran holds an Executive MBA from Alliance University, a Bachelor of Engineering in Telecommunications Engineering from Vishveshwaraiah Technological University, and a Higher Secondary Education in Science Stream from Indian School Certificate [ISC]. He also completed a High School Diploma in Secondary Education from Indian Certificate of Secondary Education [ICSE] and a PG Program in Applied Data Science using Python & R.
